Fish Against Addiction Speckled Trout Fishing Tournament is a nonprofit organization founded by the family and friends of Tyler Dees.
Not only is this tournament being held in Tyler's name, but in honor of those who have lost their battle with drugs and alcohol, those who are struggling with addiction and are in rehabilitation centers, and those who have overcome addiction.
We recognized after Tyler lost his battle, we wanted to help the community in Carteret County by providing support to two local treatment centers: The Miriam and Hope Recovery Homes.
Both organizations provide shelter, education, and support for men and women in Carteret County seeking recovery.
